Like Chilli Oil but want more crunch?

Packed with crispy shallots, garlic, ginger, chunky chilli, and a hint of Szechuan pepper. Underneath the crunch, the oil is infused with spices that bring warmth and fragrance.

Sugar free and vegan, this one is crunchy and savoury.

Great on dumplings, burgers, wraps, stir-fried vegetables, avocado toast, or even risotto — it adds texture and flavour to almost anything.

Festive tip: spoon over roasted vegetables, drizzle on brunch eggs or use as a topping for savoury tarts.
