Hokkien Chang
Bak Chang
Rich, savoury glutinous rice with pork (CH), chestnut, mushroom, dried shrimp, and fried shallots. A traditional comfort favourite.
Vegetarian Chang
A plant-based take with chestnut, shiitake and brown mushrooms, black-eyed beans, and fried shallots. Full of umami and texture.
Nyonya Chang
Fragrant blue-tinted rice filled with pork (CH), dried shrimp, lemongrass, coriander seeds, fingerroot (cekur), and a hint of candied orange peel
Kee Chang
Plain glutinous rice with a light lye-water aroma and signature golden hue. Best enjoyed with cane sugar syrup or your choice of sweet spreads.
